- furikake
- nori
Cook your short or medium grain rice in the rice cooker on the sushi setting. The rice should be slightly sticky so that it stays together when formed into balls. Mix your seasoning into the rice and add any optional filling you like. Scoop the rice into silicone mold, plastic wrap, or just your wet hands to form the balls. Wrap with nori just before eating and enjoy!
